In Elizabeth Bader’s approach to the mediation of real estate and construction cases, objective, honest dispute evaluation is combined with respect and active listening.  The result is an atmosphere of mutual respect and/or reasoned dialogue in private sessions.  The dispute resolves because the parties’ concerns have been addressed.  Elizabeth’s experience includes:

Years of experience as a mediator, including mediation of multi-party real estate and construction-related mediation.

Over 20 years experience with insurance.  Extensive mediation experience involving contractors’ insurance litigation.

Years of study of psychology, particularly the study of "saving face"  and the importance of respect in mediation.  For more on this, press here
